Conduit Holdings today announces that it was notified on 11 April 2024 that
Catherine Carvey, a person closely associated (PCA) with Trevor Carvey, has
purchased into her ISA, 4,022 Common Shares at an average price of £4.965 per
Common Share. The transaction took place on 10 April 2024.

Following the transaction Trevor's beneficial ownership interest (which
includes shares held by PCA Catherine Carvey) stands at 547,557 Common Shares.
