PDMR Notification

Conduit Holdings today announces that Trevor Carvey, a person discharging
managerial responsibilities in CHL ("PDMR"), on 20 February and 21 February
2025 acquired a total of 30,000 common shares. Trevor's total current
shareholding ownership interest (which includes shares held by PCA Catherine
Carvey) now stands at 635,557 common shares.

with the requirements of the Market Abuse Regulation (EU) 596/2014 (which
