Wall Street's main indexes were set to open lower on Friday as investor
sentiment remained damp due to the hawkish interest-rate outlook by Federal
Reserve Chair Jerome Powell in his two-day congressional testimony.  .N 
    
    At 9:02 ET, Dow e-minis  1YMc1  were down 0.56% at 34,019. S&P 500 e-minis
 ESc1  were down 0.74% at 4,391, while Nasdaq 100 e-minis  NQc1  were down 1.05%
at 15,054.75.
