U.S. stock index futures fell on Friday as investor sentiment remained damp due
to the hawkish interest-rate outlook of Federal Reserve Chair Jerome Powell in
his two-day congressional testimony.  .N 
    
    At 7:32 ET, Dow e-minis  1YMc1  were down 0.27% at 34,119. S&P 500 e-minis
 ESc1  were down 0.41% at 4,405.75, while Nasdaq 100 e-minis  NQc1  were down
0.52% at 15,136.
