U.S. stock index futures rose on Tuesday after a rough start to the week on
fears of aggressive rate hikes by the Federal Reserve, with investors looking
ahead to consumer confidence and jobs data later in the day.  .N 
    At 7:51 a.m. ET, Dow e-minis  1YMc1  were up 0.58% at 32,261. S&P 500
e-minis  ESc1  were up 0.68% at 4,058.75, while Nasdaq 100 e-minis  NQc1  were
up 0.96% at 12,612.5.
