    BERLIN/FRANKFURT, May 31 (Reuters) - The following are some
of the factors that may move German stocks on Monday:
    
    CORONAVIRUS
    Germany reported 1,978 new infections and 36 more deaths.
    
    German Health Minister Jens Spahn and his counterparts in
the 16 federal states will on Monday morning discuss control
mechanisms for coronavirus test centers following fraud
accusations, a ministry spokesman said on Sunday. 
    Since allegations of potential fraud at several providers
were made public earlier this week and Spahn said on Saturday
that there will be stricter controls, a debate has started on
how to control the test centres and who should be in

    The U.S. Federal Reserve told Deutsche Bank in recent weeks
that the lender is failing to address persistent shortcomings in
its anti-money-laundering controls, The Wall Street Journal

    The carmaker plans to change its management structure and
install two new chief operating officers to oversee its premium
brands and volume brands, Automobilwoche reported on Sunday
without naming its sources. The move was aimed at ensuring
better cooperation among the brands and at resolving conflicts

    British telecoms group Vodafone VOD.L will build a global
research and development centre for 5G and 6G technologies and
