Australia's Costa Group gets lower buyout offer from Paine Schwartz
Sept 18 (Reuters) - Costa Group Holdings Ltd CGC.AX said on Monday it has received a revised non-binding takeover proposal from private equity firm Paine Schwartz Partners LLC, valuing the fruit grower at A$3.20 per share, lower than the A$3.50 apiece offer received in July.
