Spanish stocks - Factors to watch on July 18

Competition watchdog CNMC approved the calculation of 1.1% on the index proposed by Aena, giving green light to the company's proposal for a 6.5% hike in airlines fees in 2026, Spanish newspaper El Confidencial reported on Thursday.

CELLNEX CLNX.MC

EQT, Omers and Phoenix are considering final bids for Cellnex Swiss business CellEQT.

ACCIONA ANE.MC

Acciona Energia said on Thursday it had started the construction of its solar plant in La Joya, Peru.

COX COXGA.MC

Cox said on Thursday that its capital increase on July 10 was subscribed by 34 shareholdersz who contributed with 16.6 million shares.
