Third Interim Dividend 2025 Declaration

The Board of the Company has declared its third interim dividend of 1.26 pence
per share in respect of the year ending 30 June 2025 (2024: 1.26 pence per
share).

Such dividend will be paid on Friday, 30 May 2025 to shareholders on the
register on Friday, 2 May 2025. The associated ex-dividend date is Thursday, 1
May 2025.
