Resignation of portfolio managers

CQS Natural Resources Growth and Income PLC (the "Company") has been informed
that its named portfolio managers, Keith Watson and Robert Crayfourd, have
tendered their resignations to the Company's investment manager, CQS (UK) LLP,
part of the Manulife group ("CQS").

Keith Watson and Robert Crayfourd will be serving their three month notice
periods at CQS and continue to manage the Company's portfolio. The Company
does not expect any immediate disruption to its investment process, strategy
or operations.

The Company is considering a number of options at its disposal to ensure a
smooth and sustainable transition in the best interests of our shareholders.
 A further update will be provided in due course.
