Appointment of Non-Executive Director

 

The Board of CQS New City High Yield Fund Limited is pleased to announce that
Ms Joanna Dentskevich has been appointed as a non-executive director of the
Company to take effect from 18 February 2026 or, if later, the date on which
the Jersey Financial Services Commission confirms that it has no objection to
such appointment. Ms Dentskevich will also join the Audit and Risk Committee,
Management Engagement Committee, Nomination Committee, and Remuneration
Committee.

 

This appointment follows a search and selection process managed by an external
independent recruitment consultancy.

 

Ms Dentskevich has over 35 years of risk, finance and investment banking
experience gained in leading global banks worldwide, alternative investments
and the offshore funds industry. Previously, she was a director at Morgan
Stanley heading up its customer valuations group, a director of risk at
Deutsche Bank and chief risk officer of a London-based hedge fund. Ms
Dentskevich has a BSc (Hons) in Maths and Accounting.

Ms Dentskevich previously served as a non‑executive director of GCP Asset
Backed Income Fund Ltd and EJF Investments Ltd, companies listed on the London
Stock Exchange.

In accordance with paragraphs 6.4.8 (1) to (6) of the UK Listing Rules, it is
confirmed that there are no additional details to be disclosed in relation to
Ms Joanna Dentskevich.
