Appointment of Non-Executive Director

 

With reference to the announcement dated 13th January 2026 regarding the
appointment of Ms Joanna Dentskevich to the Company's board of directors and
its committees with effect from 18 February 2026, the Directors of the Company
are pleased to announce that Ms Dentskevich's effective date of appointment be
revised to now take effect from 1 February 2026.
