Directorate Change

 

The Board announces that Wendy Dorman, Board member and Chair of the Audit and
Risk Committee of the Company, has retired from the Board with effect from 4
December 2025. Ms Dorman has been on the Board since March 2016.

 

The Board would like to express its sincere thanks to Ms Dorman for her
contribution to the Board and as Chair of the Audit and Risk Committee over
the years.

 

The Board has conducted a recruitment process using an external search firm
and will announce Ms Dorman's replacement in due course.

 

Caroline Hitch, Chair of the Board commented: "On behalf of shareholders, the
board and everyone involved with the company, can I sincerely thank Wendy for
her significant contribution to the ongoing success of CQS New City High Yield
both as a Director and Chair of the Audit and Risk Committee. We will greatly
miss her wise counsel and wish her well for the future."
