The Board announces that Andrew Jonathan Dann has been appointed Chair of the
Audit and Risk Committee (ARC), effective 4 December 2025, succeeding
Wendy Jane Dorman who retired from the Board on 4 December 2025.

 

Andrew Dann, a current Director of the Company since 1 February 2025,
brings extensive experience as a Chartered Accountant and has served on the
Company's ARC Board. The Board is confident that his expertise will continue
to support the Company's robust governance and risk‑management framework.

 

This announcement is released in compliance with UK Listing Rule 6.4.6.
