Change of Company Secretary, Issue of Equity
 
 
Craven House Capital (AIM:CRV) announces the appointment of Ms. Tamra Spink as Company Secretary. Her predecessor, Mr. Brian Winters has stepped down from the role with effect from today.
 
The Company has allotted 14,400 ordinary shares of $1.00 in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of $12.50 per share to Mr. Brian Winters as settlement for company secretarial services provided by him since August 2016.
 
Application will be made for the admission to trading on AIM ("Admission") for the 14,400 new Ordinary Shares.  The new Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing Ordinary Shares of the Company.  Admission is expected at 8.00 a.m. on or around 26 July 2019.
 
Total Voting Rights
 
Following Admission, the Company's issued share capital will comprise 2,513,438 Ordinary Shares which may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.  The Company does not hold any shares in treasury.
