Investee company update: OneBas.Com Ltd.

 

Craven House Capital plc ("Craven House" or the "Company"), the AIM quoted
investment company, provides the following update regarding its investee
company OneBas.Com Ltd. ("OneBas"), following a review of the Company's
investment portfolio in preparation of the publication of its Annual Report
and Accounts for the year to May 2021.

The Board has today determined that, whilst there is the prospect of future
value in the domain www.onebas.com (http://www.onebas.com) , the lack of
progress in delivering development and growth of this domain and the highly
competitive sector in which it operates (the aggregation of freely available
music content), the valuation of this investment should be fully
impaired. This investment was previously valued at $1.6m.
