** Shares of tech company Creatd Inc CRTD.O slumps 24.3%
to $0.28 in premarket trading
** CRTD on Friday received a Nasdaq notice alerting co of
its decision to delist stock as it did not meet listing

** Co's stock will no longer trade on Nasdaq as of the
opening of business on Sept. 7
** CRTD said it expects to file an appeal with Nasdaq
** As of last close, stock down ~82% this year
