as 6.7% to A$0.016, their best intraday pct gain since Sept 2
    ** Fintech co's Sydney-based unit Chapter Two Australia to
launch its new debt management app in Australia by last week of

    ** Co schedules app's pilot roll out on Thursday 
    ** App to help users list all their debts in one place, see
their repayment history and make one monthly repayment which
will be managed by ChapterTwo 
    ** CI1 says app launch to mark the debut of unit's debt
management services
    ** Stock has fallen 53.1% this year as of last close
