** Smart glass technology co Crown Electrokinetic Corp's
shares  CRKN.O  up 9.2% at $4.40 premarket - set to record its
highest level since July
    ** Co acquires 10 patents on smart glass technologies from
IBM  IBM.N  with coverage in the US, China, Great Britain,

    ** Have 34 patents and applications that offer coverage in
key global markets in the smart glass tech area - co
    ** CRKN used patent transaction platform IPwe to identify,
analyze, negotiate and complete the transaction 
    ** All three brokerages covering Crown rate it "buy" or
higher; their median PT is $11 - Refinitiv data
    ** Up to Friday's close, stock had risen ~35.6% in the last
30 days and ~3.6% this year
