Directorate Change

 

The Board of CT Global Managed Portfolio Trust PLC (the 'Company') announces
that Simon Longfellow will step down as a non-executive director with effect
from 31 December 2025. Simon is also the Chair of the Marketing Committee.
Simon is to take up a full-time senior marketing role as Head of Content and
Creative for UK and Europe with The Vanguard Group with effect from 5 January
2026.  As a result, he will not be able to continue his role with the
Company.

 

The Board is very sorry to lose Simon who has been an excellent colleague with
great insights contributing particularly into our marketing efforts and wishes
him all the best for the future.

 

It is the Board's intention to recruit a replacement for Simon as soon as
practicable.
