TOTAL VOTING RIGHTS AND CAPITAL

In conformity with Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rule 5.6.1R, CT
Healthcare Trust plc (the "Company") notifies the market of the following:

On 31 March 2026, the issued share capital of the Company consisted of
315,152,309 Ordinary Shares of 1 pence each, of that amount 258,912,997
Ordinary Shares were held in Treasury and 56,239,312 Ordinary Shares were in
circulation.

Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 56,239,312 (the
'Figure').

The Figure should be used by shareholders as the denominator for the
calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their
interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's
Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.

For the purposes of the Transparency Directive the Company's Home Member State
is the United Kingdom.
