Board Change
The Board of F&C UK Real Estate Investments Limited ('the Company') report, with deep regret, that Mr Michael Soames died suddenly on 2 June 2013. Mr Soames recently joined the Board of the Company, following a scheme of arrangement with ISIS Property Trust Limited ('IPT'), with which he had served as a Director since its launch in 2003.
The Directors extend their sincere condolences to Michael's family and colleagues and would like to record the valuable contribution that Michael made to the Company and IPT.
