Purchase of Glory Park, High Wycombe
On 10 July 2014, IRP Holdings Limited, a subsidiary of FCRE, completed the
purchase of an office in High Wycombe for £6.97 million, at an initial yield
of 7.0 per cent. The office will be let to Takeda UK Ltd for 10 years at
£341,825 per annum and let to Aptiv for 5.5 years at £175,615 per annum.
