Purchase of Brook Retail Park, Bromsgrove
On 2 May 2014, IPT Property Holdings Limited, a subsidiary of FCRE, purchased a retail warehouse park in Bromsgrove for £7.55 million, at an initial yield of 6.2 per cent. Unit 1 is let to Homebase Ltd for 20 years at £362,500 per annum and Unit 2 is let to Pets at Home Ltd for 15 years at £132,750 per annum.
