First Quarterly Dividend

The Directors of the Company are pleased to announce a first interim dividend
for the financial year ending 30 September 2026 of 3.1 pence per ordinary
share.

This is an increase of 5.1% from the first interim dividend of 2.95 pence per
ordinary share paid during the financial year ended 30 September 2025.

This increase in the dividend is greater than UK inflation^ of 3.0% for the
year to 31 January 2026.

The dividend represents a yield of 3.7%*.

This dividend will be paid on 31 March 2026 to shareholders registered on 13
March 2026 with an ex-dividend date of 12 March 2026.
