TRANSACTION IN OWN SHARES

Information disclosed in accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.6

 

 

CT UK Capital and Income Investment Trust PLC (the Company) announces today it
has purchased the following number of its ordinary shares of 25 pence each on
the London Stock Exchange through Cavendish Securities plc to be held in
treasury.

 

 

 Number of ordinary shares purchased:  120,000
 Lowest price per share paid:          322.00p
 Highest price per share paid:         322.00p
 Weighted average price paid:          322.00p

 

Following the above transaction, the Company holds 8,730,677 of its ordinary
shares in treasury and has 98,558,345 ordinary shares in issue (excluding
treasury shares).

 

Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is now 98,558,345
and this figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the
calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their
interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Financial
Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
