    * Says on Feb 13,  Meridian OHC Partners  filed an amended 
complaint in which Co is not named as a defendant 
    * Says as a result, Co is no longer a party to Meridian 
lawsuit 
    * Complaint related to a litigation action initiated by 
Meridian OHC Partners in which Cyanotech had been party
