U.S. stocks were set to open higher on Thursday after a temporary truce in the
debt-ceiling standoff in Congress relieved concerns of a possible government
debt default, while a dip in oil prices eased worries of higher inflation.  .N 
    At 8:39 ET, Dow e-minis  1YMc1  were up 0.87% at 34,591. S&P 500 e-minis
 ESc1  were up 0.93% at 4,394.5, while Nasdaq 100 e-minis  NQc1  were up 1.14%
at 14,927.
