The Company announces that all resolutions proposed at the Annual General Meeting of the Company held earlier today were passed.

In accordance with UK Listing Rule 14.3.6R(2) copies of all the resolutions passed, other than ordinary business, have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at www.hemscott.com/nsm.do.
