DAE.S are seen down 2.9% pre-market
** The company says reliable forecast for 2020 is no longer

** It is adjusting capacity, cost structures and capital
expenditure due to declining demand and the closure of several
customers' plants due to the COVID-19 pandemic
** This will lead to short-time working and in some cases to
temporary plant closures
