* Lindt & Spruengli LISN.S said Dieter Weisskopf would be
stepping down as Group CEO towards the end of this year, naming
Adalbert Lechner to succeed him. LISN.S
* Bachem Holding BANB.S reported a rise in full-year net
income to 114.7 million francs, up from 78.1 million the year
before. BANB.S
* Dufy DUFN.S said it won a new contract at Mexico's
Felipe Ángeles International Airport. DUFN.S
* Aluflexpack AFPD.S said its FY adjusted EBITDA rose to
41.8 million euros. AFPD.S
* Interroll Holding INRN.S said its full-year net profit
rose to 80.6 million francs. INRN.S
* Luzerner Kantonalbank LUKN.S proposed a dividend of
12.50 Swiss francs per share and said Vice President Josef

of 5.0 francs per share as it reported consolidated net profit
