Australia's Damstra hits 3-month high on PE interest even as talks cease

** Shares of workplace management solutions provider Damstra
 DTC.AX  climb as much as 25.8% to A$0.195, their highest level
since April 4
    ** Says it received an unsolicited confidential, non-binding
and indicative proposal from Accel-KKR, a private-equity (PE)
firm, but talks on the proposal had since ceased  urn:newsml:reuters.com:*:nASXWtJ0k 
    ** DTC shares have plummeted nearly 90% since the end of
2020 
    ** Stock on its best intraday session since July 1
    ** Trading volumes near twice their 30-day average, with
over 1 mln shares traded so far
