Australia's Damstra Holdings eyes best day in near 3 months on revised bid

** Shares of Damstra Holdings  DTC.AX  rise as much as 13.5%
to A$0.210, set for their best day since Oct 25, if gains hold 
    ** Stock hits its highest level since Dec 22
    ** The workplace management solutions firm says Ideagen Ltd
has revised its purchase offer price to A$0.24 per share from
previous offer of A$0.27 
    ** Offer price at a premium of 26.3% to last close
    ** Adds "there is no certainty that a binding transaction
will proceed or eventuate as a result of the Revised Proposal"
    ** About 1.5 mln shares change hands, compared with the
30-day average volume of 126,291
    ** Stock up 46.2% this year, after falling for two
consecutive years
