 * Company entered into the cps transfer agreement with the purchasers 
 * Intends to use net proceeds to settle part of the consideration of the 
   acquisition of emission particle solution Sweden ab 
 * Purchasers have agreed to purchase 651.4mln convertible preference shares at 
   price of hk$0.21 per convertible preference share 
 * Zhu and jumbo grand, being the purchasers
