    * Company has entered into a sale and purchase agreement 
with Foshan Nanhai Fangao Renovation Services 
    * Aggregate consideration for transaction shall be RMB2.023 
billion 
    * Pursuant to agreement company shall dispose of its 
subsidiaries 
    * Transaction also allows group to repay existing loan 
facilities
