The Company was  notified on 17 March 2022 that Gerard Brandon, the Company's
Chief Executive Officer, had on 17 March 2022 purchased 150,000 ordinary
shares of 0.1p each ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of 13.4 pence per
share. Mr Brandon's shareholding is now 8,369,901 shares, representing 3.89
per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
