DeepVerge, the environmental and life science group of companies that develops
and applies AI and IoT technology to analytical instruments for the analysis
and identification of bacteria, virus and toxins, announces that further to
the announcements of 27 October 2022 and 1 November 2022 the Third Tranche
Placing Shares, the Subscription Shares and Broker Option Shares were admitted
to trading on AIM today. The following directors and PDMR's participated in
the Subscription, and their resultant holdings are as set out below.
