NOTICE OF AGM

 

DeepVerge (AIM: DVRG), the environmental and life science group of companies
that develops and applies AI and IoT technology for the analysis and
identification of bacteria, virus and toxins, announces that it has today sent
a Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM") to shareholders convening a meeting
at the offices of Jeffreys Henry LLP at Finsgate, 5-7 Cranwood Street, London
EC1V 9EE on Wednesday 20 July 2022 at midday.

 

A copy of this notice convening the AGM is available on the Company's website
www.deepverge.com (http://www.deepverge.com) .

 

The Company is pleased to announce that the board of directors of DeepVerge
("Board") will provide a live investor presentation via the Investor Meet
Company platform on Wednesday 20 July 2022 at midday to enable shareholders to
ask questions in the same way as they would at an annual general meeting.
