Deliveroo plc ('Deliveroo' or 'the Company')
Total Voting Rights

 

In accordance with DTR 5.6.1, Deliveroo would like to notify the market of the
following:

 

The Company's issued share capital consists of 1,755,425,173 Class A ordinary
shares of £0.005, each carrying one vote ('Class A Shares') and 100,299,642
Class B ordinary shares of £0.005, each carrying twenty votes ('Class B
Shares'). The Company does not hold any Class A Shares or Class B Shares in
treasury.

 

The total number of voting rights attributable to the Class A Shares is
therefore 1,755,425,173.

 

The above figure (1,755,425,173) may be used by shareholders as the
denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are
required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the
Class A Shares under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
