    Aug 17 (Reuters) - The following bids, mergers, acquisitions
and disposals were reported by 1930 GMT on Wednesday:
    
    ** Oil company Denbury Inc  DEN.N  is exploring options
including putting itself up for sale, Bloomberg News reported,

    ** Brazil's antitrust watchdog CADE postponed its decision
on the sale of Petrobras'  PETR4.SA  Reman refinery to fuel

prospective bidders to launch the sale of a majority stake in

had acquired a 7.1% stake in Revolution Beauty Group  REVB.L ,
making it the fourth-largest shareholder of the beauty products
