Statement Regarding Replacement of Security Agent
Travelex Holdings Limited ("Travelex") and the Issuer hereby announce that in accordance with the Indenture relating to the Senior Secured Notes due 2022, the Intercreditor Agreement dated 28 April 2017 and Senior Facilities Agreement dated 28 April 2017:
1.    Deutsche Bank AG, London Branch has been replaced with GLAS SAS as Security Agent;
2.    Deutsche Bank AG, London Branch has been replaced with Global Loan Agency Services Limited as Facility Agent;
3.    Deutsche Trustee Company Limited has been replaced with GLAS Trustees Limited as Trustee;
4.    Deutsche Bank AG, London Branch has been replaced with Global Loan Agency Services Limited as Paying Agent;
5.    Deutsche Bank Luxembourg S.A. has been replaced with GLAS SAS as Transfer Agent; and
6.    Deutsche Bank Luxembourg S.A. has been replaced with GLAS SAS as Registrar. GLAS SAS has also been appointed Authenticating Agent.
