April 22 (Reuters) - The following bids, mergers, acquisitions and disposals were reported by 0930 GMT on Wednesday:

** Uber UBER.N has made an investment in French hydrogen vehicles company HysetCo for an undisclosed amount, marking the first time that the ride-hailing company has invested in a French firm, they said in a joint statement.

** Deutsche Telekom DTEGn.DE shares fell 1.5% on reports of potential merger talks between the German telecoms conglomerate and U.S.-based T-Mobile US TMUS.O, which would be the largest ever public merger if it goes ahead.
