Dividend Declaration

The Company announces that the Directors have today declared a first interim
dividend of 1.00p per Ordinary share for the year ending 30 November 2022.

The interim dividend will be payable on Thursday, 30 June 2022 to holders of
Ordinary shares on the register at the close of business on Friday, 10 June
2022. The corresponding ex-dividend date is Thursday, 9 June 2022.
