Dividend Declaration

 

Dividend Declaration

The Company announces that the Directors have today declared an interim
dividend for the year ending 30 November 2022 in an amount of 1.00 pence per
Ordinary share.

The interim dividend will be payable on Thursday 29 December 2022 to holders
of Ordinary shares on the register at the close of business on Friday 25
November 2022 (ex-dividend Thursday 24 November 2022).
