Dividend Declaration

 

Dividend Declaration

The Company announces that the Directors have today declared a fourth interim
dividend for the year ending 30 November 2022 in an amount of 1.00 pence per
Ordinary share.

The interim dividend will be payable on Friday, 31 March 2023 to holders of
Ordinary shares on the register at the close of business on Friday, 17 March
2023 (ex-dividend Thursday, 16 March 2023).
