Transaction in own shares

 

In accordance with Listing Rule 12.4.6, the Company announces that on 21
December 2023 it purchased 27,966 Ordinary Shares of 1 pence each into
treasury.

The prices paid were as follows:

 Weighted average price paid per share  £0.72
 Lowest price paid per share            £0.72
 Highest price paid per share           £0.72

 

Following the share buyback the number of Ordinary Shares in issue, Ordinary
Shares held in treasury and the total voting rights attached to the issued
capital are now as follows:

 

 Number of issued Ordinary Shares            26,924,063
 Number of Ordinary Shares held in treasury  1,256,207
 Total number of voting rights               25,667,856

 

The total number of voting rights shown above may be used by shareholders as
the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are
required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the
