Diasorin reaffirms 2026 outlook after Q2 revenue growth
Diasorin reaffirms 2026 outlook after Q2 revenue growth July 31 (Reuters) - Italian diagnostics group Diasorin DIAS.MI on Friday reaffirmed its full-year outlook after reporting first-half revenue mostly in line with the previous year, helped by growth in the second quarter, sending its shares up 4.5%.
In the second quarter of 2026, revenues grew by 4% at constant exchange rates compared to the previous year, reflecting the overcoming of the non-recurring effects that had penalized the first quarter of the year.
The company posted second-quarter adjusted core earnings (EBITDA) of €105 million, broadly in line with the 2025 figure
The group confirmed its 2026 outlook, with adjusted EBITDA margin to be around 32%-33% and revenue growth forecast between 5% and 6%.
Brokerage Deutsche Bank in June cut Diasorin to "sell" on risks of a 2026 forecast cut, seeing stretched mid-term goals.
Like its peers, Diasorin is navigating a challenging post-pandemic environment where hospital budgets are under pressure, potentially impacting testing volumes.
The company's long-term plan targets a cumulative free cash flow of about €1 billion between 2027 and 2030, with an adjusted EBITDA margin reaching 34%-35% by 2030.
