** Drug developer DICE Therapeutics Inc's shares  DICE.O 
rise 94% to $47.6 - biggest pct gainer across U.S. stock
exchanges premarket 
    ** Co says its experimental drug showed clinical
proof-of-concept in patients with psoriasis, with significant
reduction in area and severity of psoriasis on a scale compared
to placebo in early-stage study  urn:newsml:reuters.com:*:nGNX8cs3dk
    ** The drug, DC-806, was well tolerated in both healthy
adults and patients with psoriasis, and study reported no
serious adverse events
    ** Co expects to advance to mid-stage study for the drug in
Q1 2023
    ** Psoriasis is a skin disease that causes a rash with
itchy, scaly patches, most commonly on the knees, elbows, trunk
and scalp
    ** Up to Monday's close, stock lost ~3% YTD
