DIGITAL 9 INFRASTRUCTURE PLC

 

("D9" or the "Company")

 

Result of General Meeting

 

The Board of Digital 9 Infrastructure plc is pleased to announce that at the
Company's General Meeting held today, the proposed special resolution was
voted on by way of a poll and passed by shareholders.

 

The result of the poll was as follows:

      of cash to shareholders by way of compulsory redemption of Ordinary Shares

 

*A vote withheld is not a vote in law and is not counted in the calculation of
the votes for or against a resolution.

 

Each shareholder has one vote for every Ordinary Share held. As at 12 March
2026, the issued share capital of the Company consisted of 865,174,954
Ordinary Shares with voting rights. The Company does not hold any shares in
Treasury.

A copy of the special resolution passed at the General Meeting will be
