Additional Listing
 
Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and to the London Stock Exchange for admission to the Official List for a block listing on 15,899 Ordinary Shares of 12 48/143 pence each.
 
The shares will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing shares in issue and will be allotted pursuant to the exercise of options and to the rules of the Company's Deferred Annual Bonus Plan.
 
It is expected that admission will become effective in the Ordinary Shares on or around 15 April 2019.
